Vital Rhythm is an experiential and innovative activity for companies that want to enhance teamwork, communication, and decision-making from a different perspective: rhythm.
In this unique session, we combine group dynamics, rhythmic games, and practical exercises to work on key skills within the company: giving and receiving instructions, improving coordination, fostering mutual trust, and encouraging collective intelligence.
All of this takes place in a dynamic and safe environment, based on a methodology of my own, the result of more than 15 years of experience, and inspired by Drum Circle and Taketina systems, successfully applied in contexts such as training, health, and emotional well-being in companies.

Practical details
- 2 hours (120 minutes)
- Between 5 and 25 people
- A large room at the contracting party’s premises, where a circle can be formed.
- Projector, a sound system appropriate for the space, a table of at least 50×50 cm and chairs for the participants.
