Practical Information
- 3-hour sessions. Weekly or monthly sessions are recommended.
- Groups of 10 to 60 people
- A large room where you can form a circle and move freely. Comfortable floor for sitting (parquet-type is ideal).
- A table at least 50 × 100 cm (no chairs needed)
- Sessions can be held at the company’s location, or in spaces proposed according to needs.

During a session, participants create rhythmic patterns with hands and feet while moving through space and vocalizing phrases. This seemingly simple activity leads to a deep and transformative experience.
The instructor and their assistant use two instruments:
- Surdo, which provides the base pulse
- Berimbau, which guides vocal phrases and collective tuning
