Body Percussion

Connect with your team through rhythm
Can you imagine transforming a group activity into an experience that connects people at a deep, emotional, and fun level? Body percussion is a powerful and accessible tool that brings us back to the essence: the body as an instrument.
From a young age we do this without thinking: we tap our chest to say “this is me,” we clap when something pleases us… Without knowing it, we are doing body percussion with our hands and other parts of the body. This practice is rooted in cultures all over the world and has accompanied us since ancient times. Today, we bring it into the workplace, into the classroom, into educational centers, to reconnect through rhythm.
