Corella Music Experience
Musical team building to connect teams
I’m Ignasi Corella. Welcome to Corella Music Experience: a transformative musical team experience that uses rhythm as a tool for connection, cohesion, and both personal and collective development.
At CME we create musical team-building activities designed to improve communication, encourage active listening, strengthen teamwork, and spark creativity. All through fun and meaningful rhythmic dynamics.

What do we do at Corella Music Experience?
The rhythm experiences I offer with Corella Music Experience have a dual purpose:
- To develop values and motivation among teams and individuals.
- To improve team connection and enhance various key business indicators: ethical teamwork, communication, resilience, empathy, personal and professional courtesy, integrity, positive and proactive attitude, interpersonal skills, persuasion, time management, responsibility, and leadership.
The differentiating feature of these experiences is that percussion is used as a vehicle to unify teams. At Corella Music Experience we use four disciplines: body percussion, Boomwhackers tubes, drum circle, and, exclusively, the Taketina system—also known as Mindfulness with rhythm and movement.
All activities are given in English, Catalan and Spanish.
Why percussion?
- Motivation and job satisfaction: The energy, enthusiasm, and euphoria generated in these activities increase employees’ motivation and satisfaction, which translates into greater commitment and productivity.
- Effective communication: Percussion work demands coordination and active listening, improving communication among team members and facilitating transmission of key company messages.
- Teamwork and cooperation: Rhythmic dynamics foster integration, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, essential for achieving common goals and strengthening group cohesion.
- Creativity and innovation: Improvisation and collective musical creation stimulate creativity and the ability to bring new ideas into the work environment.
- Reduction of stress and increase in well-being: A good use of percussion has a therapeutic effect, helping release tensions and counteract stress in a constructive and fun way.
- Organizational climate: A positive environment, mutual respect, and support are promoted, improving the work climate and overall team satisfaction.
- Sense of belonging and corporate identity: The activities reinforce identity with the company and its corporate values, generating greater loyalty to organizational objectives.
