Resilience, communication and team dynamics through rhythm and coaching.
A full-time, immersive week on the Mediterranean coast: combining cognitive work, coaching and embodied practice.
Workplace pressure rarely announces itself. It builds quietly — in back-to-back meetings, in decisions made without enough headspace, in teams that stop listening to each other under stress.
This program gives you three concrete levers to work with: how you communicate, how you regulate your own stress, and how you lead a team through pressure rather than around it.
Sharper presence and active listening in hybrid and in-person teams. Learn to stay clear and grounded in high-stakes conversations, reduce misunderstandings, and build the kind of communication that holds up under deadline pressure and conflict.
Practical, body-based tools you can use the same day you return to work. Move from reacting under pressure to responding with clarity, by recognizing your own stress patterns before they take over a meeting, a negotiation, or a decision.
Coordination, trust and adaptability skills built through rhythm-based group work. Strengthen the underlying dynamics that make teams function under pressure: timing, mutual attunement, and the ability to recover quickly after friction.
This program is designed for professionals, managers, team leads and executives who want to lead themselves and their teams with more presence, handle pressure without burning out, and strengthen the way their teams communicate and collaborate.
No prior coaching, rhythm work or somatic experience is required, only openness to an experiential format.
