UPLIFT – A TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process Workshop

With Master TaKeTiNa Teacher Tania Bosak and TaKeTiNa teacher Ignasi Corella

Barcelona | 20–21 September 2025

🌀Discover the power of rhythm to awaken presence, creativity, and connection.

Join us in Barcelona for UPLIFT, a powerful weekend workshop exploring rhythm, embodiment, and transformation through the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process. Led by Master TaKeTiNa Teacher Tania Bosak (Australia/Croatia) and Taketina rhythm teacher Ignasi Corella (Catalonia/Spain), this immersive experience invites participants into authentic states of awareness, where rhythm becomes a gateway to deep presence, inner stillness, and personal transformation.

Whether you’re new to TaKeTiNa or an experienced practitioner, UPLIFT offers a rare opportunity to explore how rhythm, movement, and voice can unlock intuition, release limitations, and strengthen trust in your path ahead.
